This is a pre-competition program and will help you warm up and get ready to comepte. It will be comprehensive and address all areas of the body. It will take about 30 minutes to perform.

Recommended use

Perform this routine 1x before a competition. Or use it as part of a taper in the week leading up to a competition.

Avoid any painful movements. You should not be doing this routine if you have an injury.
