This is an advanced program and will be comprehensive and address all areas of the body. It will include strength, flexibity, mobilty, flexibilty and core/posture exercises. It’s a good program to memorize for those days when you want to do your Prehab but don’t have access to the Internet for your customized weekly routines.
Perform this routine 3x per week for 6 weeks, as needed. By the end of a 6 week period you should have enough of a base to graduate to our full body personalized routines, which are built to be your long-term prehab solution.
Avoid any painful movements. You should not be doing this routine if you’re suffering from a lingering injury or active area of pain.
