This is a more difficult version of our Basic Full Body routine. It is a comprehensive program that addresses all areas of the body. It includes strength, flexibility, mobility, flexibility and core/posture exercises.
Perform this routine 2x per week for 6 weeks, as needed. By the end of a 6 week period you should be graduating to our full body personalized routines, which are built to be your long-term prehab solution. Avoid any painful movements.
